For small items (coins, platinum, ingots, casting grain) we ship via domestic letter for inexpensive items (small coins, tin ingots), and registered letter or parcel for expensive orders (platinum, fine silver products). Fragile or larger orders are sent via parcel with reused box material.

Please note we do use reused cardboard packaging in our deliveries.

Tracking for domestic letter can be selected in the checkout for a small additional fee ($2).
Orders over $100 receive free tracking. Orders over AU$80 have free shipping.

All items sent with tracking are insured by the seller. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact me, I kindly ask if there is damage that photos are provided.
