Bonjour, dans un premier temps je tiens à préciser que le respect et la politesse restent des règles de courtoisie à appliquer. Je pense que nous n'obtenons rien de bien en agissant différemment. Pour ce qui est de votre commande : la fabrication est artisanale et peut donc parfois avoir des imperfections. Je mets tout en oeuvre pour faire le maximum et satisfaire mes clients. Je trouve toujours des solutions pour que la satisfaction soit maximale. Il est très facile de publier un mauvais avis, sans relance de votre part et sans attendre une réponses de ma part.
