Returns must be made within 14 days (date on the post mark is important).

RETURNS FROM NON- EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES: we accept them, but they are not fully refunded due to costs of custom duties, what we have to pay for returned items. You will receive back 70% FROM THE TOTAL SUM you paid for your order if your parcel was sent with FREE SHIPMENT or STANDARD MAIL.
