This shop owner is aggressive and never listens to me after sale. I saw a drastic change in her response before and after the sale. You can negotiate the price before any purchase and she will acknowledge because the prices listed generally are higher. I have received a different item than what was ordered and when I reported she fully denied, most of all she abused and bad mouthed me repeatedly. Because she has reached a very high number of sales with a good rating I went with the purchase only to see the odd. The dispute system failed to gather information on the case and was excused. The seller is obnoxious and not at all helpful after sale. I have learned this from my personal experience.
