I am dissapointed in this company because I purchased one item received another. The owner alerted me of her mistake of shipping wrong item asked me to reach out when it arrived , I did exactly that. She stated that she would resend a shipping package and the item that I originally ordered with no problem. I appriciated her so called honesty I reached out as I was asked and now there is no comunication from her as I informed her that I would gladly send back the glasses that were mistakenly sent to me once I received the glasses that I ordered , those glasses were a gift for my son. I feel like this owner is trying to scam people by sending the wrong merchandise and then reaching out to customer before it arrives for them to send it back and then receive nothing because her policy states that there are no refunds and no returns
