**UPDATE** Great customer service following my average rating. I add a star for this excellent service received. In appearance the product was beautiful! The fact that the card comes with the envelope which is a nice touch. On the other hand, the part with the message was very difficult to scratch, and once the person finally succeeded it had damaged the message underneath ... A little disappointing for a request to be godmother of our coco!

**MISE À JOUR** Super service à la clientèle suite à mon évaluation moyenne. Je rajoute une étoile pour cet excellent service reçu. En apparence le produit était magnifique! Le fait que la carte vient avec l’enveloppe ce qui est une belle attention. Par contre, la partie avec le message était hyper difficile à gratter, et une fois que la personne a enfin réussi ça avait abîmé le message en dessous… un peu décevant pour une demande d’être marraine de notre coco!
