I have nothing but glowing reviews for this product and the seller as well. The plush is very high quality and super soft. I already had high hopes for it based on other reviews and product photos and my expectations were exceeded. Additionally, the seller was very professional and nice. She contacted me immeaditely upon placing the order and was more than willing to make modifications to the plush based on my requests. The plush also arrived exactly as Etsy and the seller said it would. Overall, if you have the means to purchase a plush like this, I highly, highly reccommend!

I bought this little guy as a Christmas gift for my friend. The shop's owner, Natalia, was great to work with. He unfortunately got lost in the mail on the way over (obviously not her fault!), and she was very responsive, kind, and helpful, and offered to make another, which arrived quickly and safely with no issue.
