Shipping took a long time. I had to pay extra costs on top which could have been avoided if paperwork would have been done right the custom costs should be on the seller. The Cartier ring isn't authentic. I have had the ring checked. The gold is not 18 carat gold, the diamonds are not the diamonds Cartier usually uses and the engraving of Cartier is also not authentic. I will keep the ring as I can't resell it for anything good, and I still like the design of it. But very disappointed with this seller. Please be aware when buying Cartier 'vintage' or secondhand.

The review does not state who looked at the ring for Ms. Lia, but we had it checked & serviced by Cartier, and the Cartier paperwork from this was supplied with the ring when we sold it. This paperwork is important because it is cross referenced in the Cartier North America data base and has the ring serial number. Let me state clearly that checking & servicing of our jewelry & watches is done by the goldsmiths, watchmakers, and technicians of Cartier Service Dept. in Toronto and New York, or Paris if it needs to be confirmed with archives. The ring mentioned is indeed 18kt gold with original Cartier diamonds & sapphires, and is a beautiful, genuine Cartier ring. Regarding customs fees & duties, these do get paid by buyers (Etsy guidelines).
