The vent included her late sister’s name and favorite flower. It’s beautiful and unique! We couldn’t be happier with the purchase and will definitely be back for more. Excellent work. Product exactly as arranged with Yuriy (solid brass, 1/8” thick). High quality raw material used. Timely arrival, extremely well packed (took me at least 10 minutes to unwrap). Yuriy is very responsive to specifications and is able to accommodate unusual requests (black screen). Definitely would highly recommend this company.
