Communication was awful , I had to send messages to ask what was going with my logo after 4 days of purchase ..They literally took one day or more to reply after every review. I will ask to them to change one thing and they change other . After 2 weeks back and forth we needed the logo for our food truck wrap for a specific day . I request a last change but like I said they took 1 day just to reply . I ended up with the last example they send me . Am not satisfied with the colors of final product I didn’t want the letter to be the same colors as the clothes and I wanted a bright backdrop , My logo it’s fine but not as I wanted , they never listen to my last changes.
