Hi Zenaida, These were exactly the size that I stated they were in my etsy listing - These were shipped in a box and had good packing on and around them - I also included 3 extra Vintage Mini Dolls in the shipment as a Thank You (As I give all my customers Thank You Gifts) You need to develop better business manners as you should have contacted me first instead of leaving Very Poor Feedback - Now Ship everything back ASAP just as you received them and I will issue you a Complete Refund.
