4 out of 5 starsPerson failed to send design on two different dates that was given to me. Their communication is HORRIBLE! Was given the excuse of they had moved and had no internet. Wish I had read the comments before placing my order with this person. I am a very understanding person but seeing how long it has taken and the empty promise of “today you will get” or “100% tomorrow” and still have not received anything is very deceiving. Actually feels like it’s just a scam. Especially when you try to get ahold of the person and they take forever to respond. I have already process to get a refund and if not I will dispute with the bank. I have never dealt with this with any other business here on Etsy. I hope no one else falls for this the way many of us did!
