It is disingenuous and deceptive for the seller to state that this is a sterling silver bracelet when it is alpaca silver—which is an alloy of copper and nickel and has NO silver. Alpaca was stamped on the bracelet and this was not in the photos nor did the seller disclose this. I cannot wear this because I have a severe nickle allergy.

Very disappointed. This bracelet had obviously been badly repaired, contrary to how it had been described by the seller. Also, inside the sterling clasp was the stamping (1/4) 14K indicating "gold-clad", meaning the gold links were not 14K gold, which is how we understood the links to be after a (prior to purchase) convo with the seller where this specific question was asked. However, the seller, Nate, was prompt with an apology and immediately refunded our money back to our credit card and covered our postage costs by check.

Hi i was very disappointed to find out that there was a problem,however the person who described the bracelet,made sure to answer questions the buyer had.And called the store and asked questions the buyer inquired about,since they were very particular even for a professional who sell this brand.And they told him exactly what the buyer had asked about.Not including his decision,but only the sales people answers.Which obviously they didn't even know.AGAIN We didn't hide anything,only described as we were told by professionals.
