Supplied with its Kraft envelope. You can add in the envelope a little note that will perfectly accompany your question. Be careful not to sell the wick too quickly.
For more Wouahou effect, you can put a small wax stamp to seal the Kraft envelope because the new one is sizeable.

Very bad contact with the saleswoman. Allowed herself some thoughts on how to apply for sponsorship in the case of twins. As usual, having twins always has an extra cost and customization is not possible. I was asking the question just in case and the answer was very misplaced. You have to know how to stay professional and especially keep your opinions to yourself. I do not recommend at all.

Je suis navrée que mes propositions de solutions vous ai carrément froissées. Contrairement à ce que avez retenu, j'ai mentionné que tout était possible, mais pas au même coût (en prenant le temps de vous expliquer longuement pourquoi). J'ai donné plusieurs alternatives, dont une que vous n'avez pas émis mais qui aurez, selon d'autres cas clients similaires, aurez aussi bien pu répondre au besoin à moindre frais. Sauf ce cette option a été très mal prise (insultes en retour) sans en comprendre le réel but de ma réponse (pour vous) faire une meilleure annonce que la carte standard simple pour 2 jumelles, qui était la solution la moins adaptée de tous. Je propose, vous disposez (pas de jugement quoique vous en pensiez).
