Knitting Pattern MAIAH Bonnet
The Maiah bonnet is worked back and forth, on straight or circular needles, in garter stitch from back to front. It is finished by sewing a short seam at the back to create the crown of the hat and by picking up three stitches at either corner of the bonnet to knit two icord strands for tying it up. The sizes are based on the average head circumference for the given age group. Feel free to choose a size more appropriate for the child you're knitting for, based on their own particular head circumference.
