✧ If you love an item, but would prefer it in a different size, simply drop me a message prior to purchase, letting me know the item(s) you're after and the custom sizing required.

✧ Please understand that no exchanges or refunds can be made on any item where a size and style (chain/colour etc) are individually chosen prior to purchase. These items are custom made to your requirements and should be double checked before purchasing.

✧ I strongly advise keeping your new jewellery away from water, perfumes or harsh chemicals, which can prevent your items from staying in perfect condition. Please don't sleep or exercise in your jewellery! Care cards are provided with all orders for reference (subject to availability)!

✧ Unfortunately, I'm unable to be responsible for the condition or damage of any items whereby jewellery is not kept in line with this guidance.

✧ Once dispatched, estimated delivery times for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows. Please note delivery times are estimates, and now and then may be impacted by unexpected situations, such as postal strikes, weather disruptions or similar!

UK: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks

✧ If your order doesn't arrive in these estimates, please drop me an ETSY message with confirmation of your order details, and I can look into this for you!

✧ Please be reassured that I do all I can to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you safely! From time to time, accidents in transit can happen and I will always do my best to resolve any issues for you!

✧ If you receive a damaged item, please pop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received.

✧ If an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer may be responsible for return postage costs.

✧ Contact me via ETSY messages and I will aim to respond to you within 24-48 hours. Make sure to include any images or additional information if necessary, so we can resolve you query as quickly as possible!

✧ If for any reason you decide to return an unwanted item to me, please note all postage costs must be covered by the buyer, where items are received in perfect condition. In this instance, original postage are non refundable.

✧ Gift Boxing/Bagging (depending on item) can now be purchased at checkout. Please note if you require individual gift wrapping, separate orders must be placed with payment for individual gift boxing. On multiple orders, items will be combined in one box/bag.

✧ I currently offer free worldwide standard shipping on orders over £35/$35! Standard shipping does not include tracking or signature on delivery. If tracking is required, please ensure you select this option at checkout.

✧ You can measure your ring size using string or similar. Wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where the string first overlaps with a pen. Then, line that up with a ruler and take down its length in millimetres. An approx conversion to UK sizing can be found below.

✧ Remember, due to the style of my rings, many are sized XXS, XS, S, M and L, to accommodate the stone and wrap band. For example, XS fits J/K, Small fits L/M etc. This is worth considering when deciding on your size! :)
