International orders are sent with DHL express shipping. Shipping times vary by location, however estimated standard shipping times are:

- U.S.: 2-4 business days
- Canada: 2-4 business days
- Europe (non-EU): 1-4 business days
- Asia pacific: 3-5 business days
- Other: 3-5 business days

EU orders are shipped with tracked international mail:
- EU: 2-5 business days


When ordering please also include your PHONE NUMBER.

Note: the "ship by" date is not equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your order is expected to leave our studio.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you. Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

We are located in Slovenia, EU.

JEWELRY:
- Best cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
- Avoid prolonged/regular contact with water.
- Avoid contact with chemical cleaners, nail polish remover and similar cleaning products.
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and abrasive cleaning products.
- Avoid extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece in the sun for extended periods of time.
- Best stored individually in a dry, dark place.

Knife holders and other large products made primarily from wood require a reapplication of wood treating oils (linseed oil, mineral oil etc.) every couple of years, or once the item shows signs of age.

Ready to ship items are dispatched within 2 business days (not counting holidays and weekends).

Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally the time does not exceed 10 business days from the time you place your order to shipping. Our lead time is usually much longer in the months before and right after Christmas/New Year.

Estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout.

Your order will ship with DHL Express (except Europe). Your phone number will be used for shipping purposes only.

Duties and taxes depend on your country. Here are some examples:

- EU buyers do not have to pay any import taxes/fees.

- UK buyers have to pay taxes/fees during import for all orders that exceed 150€ (128£). Orders below 150€ have their VAT calculated during checkout and no further tax payments are required.

- US buyers do not have to pay import taxes/fees, unless your order exceeds $800.

- CA buyers have to pay import taxes/fees during import.
