I ship all orders complete. If you’ve ordered a preorder item along with other items, your entire order will not ship until all preorder items are in stock and only when your order is fully complete. If you’d like me to ship out in stock items ahead first, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you at an additional shipping cost.

There are no returns or exchanges once your order has been checked out and processed.

If you’ve received an item that you’re unhappy with the quality of, please contact me with your order number and photos of the item and quality concern and I’ll try my best to solve the problem.

I ship from Southern California. All orders are shipped from a household with dogs and cats. Please keep this in mind in case you have extreme allergies!

I ship all packages via the USPS and I am NOT liable for any packages lost in transit.

Although packages lost in transit are a rare occurrence, I highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping when choosing shipping options for your order as it includes insurance.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make this shipping choice or to contact me separately asking to include insurance. There will be an additional fee incurred via the USPS for doing so.

As of December 2022, current pin designs will no longer be guaranteed to come with a pin backing card. I will basically be shipping out pins with cards that I have in stock, but will not be reprinting them. I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience caused! I've thought about this for a long time and while I do love to create backing card designs, I feel that it's time for me to stop printing them and contributing to environmental waste. All new pins released after December 22 will not come with a card. I hope this makes sense!
