Boots produced by hand and in which each pair is made with meticulous attention to detail and built to last. The time-tested construction allows the boots to be worn for years of use, and the leather is durable and durable and with character over time.

Our story began almost 30 years ago, when my Grandfather and Father started their own production of work shoes, particularly used for work and horse riding. At the time, it was innovative; a combination of invention and skill that remains at the center of what we do.

At the end of 2018 beginning of 2019 I decided to start selling family shoes to the world. Keeping shoes handmade, using contemporary materials that offer perfection in shoes tailored to the modern world.

+++ Refund Policy +++

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We can only accept 1 exchange per order if you need to change sizes or products. Please let us know if you have any sizing questions before placing an order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you do not pick up the order, you may not pay customs duties at the destination, or the order will be returned to us for a reason beyond our control. If you receive a refund, the cost send shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
