Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds on pattern purchases. However, if you encounter any issues with the pattern or have questions about the instructions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am always happy to help and provide assistance.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your pattern(s). You can also access your purchased patterns by going to your Etsy account and clicking on "Purchases and Reviews". However, all of my patterns are meticulously crafted and include detailed instructions along with step-by-step photos to guide you through the entire process. Even if you have minimal crochet skills, you can still create beautiful toys using my patterns.
