I am really satisfied with the quality and the costumer service. Before embroidering the sweater, Robert sent us a project where he draw the planned outcome. Unfortunately there was a small mistake with the first sweater but Robert fixed it immediately and sent us a second sweater the next day, and even included a goodie. We are really happy with the outcome and quality, it is exactly how we imagined it. I definitely recommend this shop, and will consider ordering again (when I need another personalised gift). Customer service definitely 10/5 stars!!!
