If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, I accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that international shipping costs can be substantial.
- Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, undamaged, and unused. And must be packaged in their original packaging, including all accessories that were included with the item.
- Returns must be shipped with track and trace. The use of a courier service for returns is not permitted.
- Antique items must be send with insurance due to the value of the item

- Upon receiving a returned item and inspecting it for compliance with the return guidelines, I will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased, but not the original shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

- If a package is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, I will refund the entire purchase amount, including shipping costs.

- All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase
- I take great care in packaging items to ensure they arrive safely. I use recycled packaging, bubble wrap and, when necessary, fragile stickers
- Every package are shipped with a tracking number and insurance coverage
- I continuously monitor the status of each shipped package. If the status of a package remains unchanged for more than 2 weeks, I will contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. This may take +/- 2-3 weeks to complete
- I am not responsible for returning a parcel if it was not collected, if there was no one available at the delivery address or if alternative delivery arrangements were not made after unsuccessful delivery attempts

Please be aware that all items in my shop are antique, vintage, refurbished, and/or upcycled. Detailed information about the condition of each item can be found in the product descriptions. These items may show signs of use, wear, or (slight) damage, as indicated in the product descriptions and visible in the photos.

While I strive to provide clear and accurate photos of the items, please keep in mind that color variations may occur due to the use of natural light during photography.

Differences in color perception may also arise due to variations in devices or screens.
To avoid any disappointments regarding the size of an item, I strongly advise reviewing the provided dimensions in the product listings.
