My daughter purchased a teddy bear, as a gift for a student, who lost her father mid-year. She could 'not' be more pleased! Nicola was very helpful and a great communicator. The embroidery turned out exactly like the picture that was submitted, the sizing matched perfectly to the size of his tummy and the thread color, was spot-on! Once the order was finalized, the bear arrived in California in 2 weeks. Thank You ~ it's a wonderful keepsake.
