Regarding gems, our gems are all from the International Jewelry Fair. We usually use moissanite, C&C moissanite, diamonds, opal, alexandrite, moonstone, onyx and other gems. If you need other gems, please contact us.

We accept payment by installment. You need to pay a deposit of $100 . We accept a repayment period of up to 6 months. We will start making the ring after receiving the deposit, and arrange shipment after receiving the full payment.

We usually make the ring and arrange the delivery within 7 days, the logistics time is not under our control, usually the ring will be received within 2-3 weeks after placing the order.

We accept urgent orders and need to charge $50 at the same time. If you want to receive the ring within 3 weeks, Please contact us for this service.

We accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the ring, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the ring and return the ring within 30 days. For non-quality issues, we will charge a certain fee per ring (including labor costs, logistics and transportation costs, etc.)
Please note that for personalized orders and engraving orders, rings smaller than 3US or larger than 9US and eternity bands, we do not accept returns.

We provide 3US-9US ring for you to choose, if you need a larger or smaller size, please contact us, we will customize it for you with a reasonable price.
