If your item has arrived damaged,let us know immediately so we are aware of the issue. Please be prepared to send photos of all packaging and it's contents too within 24 hours of delivery. As all our packages are insured, refund process for damage in transport should be handled through shipping service used.
In order to receive a refund, buyer is obligated to take all packaging + damaged item to the post office for inspection. Post office will verify the damage and make the Damage report (in United States PS Form 3831). First you send that Damage report to us, only then we can make a full refund for damaged item. Due to strick postal rules we must follow that procedure, otherwise we can not give any refund.Thank you for understanding!

Sometimes happen, that the shipment does not show accurate tracking, which means that postal workers are not scanning package accurately, but the shipment is still on its way.
If the shipment does not reach the customer within 2 months, we are only then allowed to make an official inquiry for the shipment.
