***Outstanding customer service and gorgeous pieces!!!*** If you are looking for a nice set of leash and collar, you have definitely come to the right place. You can have it put together yourself, whatever your heart desires. Chiara is an absolute professional and is always there to offer advice and support - in the truest sense of the word. She sent me several photos showing the different combinations in every possible variation and gave me advice! Any special requests? We're happy to help! The quality is excellent as is the workmanship. I have already ordered the 2nd collar and the 3rd leash and can hardly wait to unpack the beautiful pieces for my furry friend. This will definitely not be the last time I order from lovely Chiara! From the super friendly customer service to the great quality of the collars and leashes! No comparison to conventional collars from pet shops! I am still amazed at how beautifully the paracord is braided - simply "paw-fect" 🙂
