I'm really not a DIY person and have been looking for a solution to lower my Secret Labs arm rests, which have always been just the tiniest bit too high for comfort. This fixed my problem without adding any sort of wobble to the arms. Thank you!

The product is exactly as advertised. It costs about the same as sending a model to be printed by any other company. The only thing I can think of being critical (based on my own preferences) is the material on the outside is a bit rough- it feels more grainy as a coating. Albeit, it doesn't effect the way I hold the mouse and it does give the mouse more texture to hold onto, so maybe this is something I can learn to admire or adapt to and like. Otherwise, Its still a great purchase overall!

Thank you for the positive feedback :) As for the surface of the shell, exactly - the slight graininess is supposed to add a nice grip to it. Smooth surfaces tend to be more slippery, so this texture striked a good balance for me. With MJF and SLS 3D printing, the natural texture is somewhat grainy, but there are different finishes to make it smoother. I prefered this version because it offers a great mix of comfort, looks, and performance. If you find that you're not a fan of the texture, I recommend trying out the included griptape or any other tape you prefer. And if it still doesn't meet your expectations, no worries — I'm happy to accept returns :)
