I contacted sellar prior to purchase to ask about a shipping deadline. In my message I asked if extra shipping needed to be paid. She simply said place my order right then and she would get it shipped out that day. So I did. She did not let me know that an extra $70 was required for faster shipping. She did not message me to let me know I did not place my order for quicker shipping, which by her message sounded like it wasn’t needed. When I inquired she said it was shipped it should arrive in time and not to worry. My event is today at 11. No hat. She told me it wasn’t her problem but USPS. Terrible customer communication. This could have been avoided. This was my original question. I said if it’s not going to get here on time I don’t make the purchase. Here we are. No hat.

The hat was delivered later than she expected but I can't control the mail and it's not my fault. The buyer did not pay for express delivery when she made the order because, as she said, it was very expensive.
