When you buy a product in preorder, it means that the product isn't in the hands of the artist yet, so it will take longer to ship than a product on stock.

Paying for a product in advance helps the artist to make an approximation of the quantity that they should order and, in many cases, be able to afford to do it by covering part of the investment of the order.

In my store also, my products in preorders are usually cheaper, or come with an extra gift.

I can't know the exact shipping times, but I can tell you how long other orders have taken to reach your country so you can get an idea. If it is important for you that it arrives by a certain date, ask me before placing the order!

From the moment I send them, they usually take between one and two months, maybe a little longer if there are problems in the country's postal service or at dates when there are usually more online purchases such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Don't worry, contact me as soon as you can so I can change it before shipping.

There were some problems shipping to some countries during the beginning of the pandemic. If it happens again I will contact you by private message and give you the option to wait or receive a refund.

Some charms have protective plastic that can contain bubbles or scratches or form a translucent layer that could difficult see the drawing well. You can remove it carefully by scratching the edge with your fingernail. If once the plastic is removed you see that the error is inside the keychain, take some photos and contact me!
