With our business license you receive exclusive permission to sell physical products designed by you with our designs up to a maximum production quantity of 50 pieces.
The business license is personal and non-transferable. It is only valid in conjunction with the order number.
NOTE: No document will be sent to you after purchasing this license. The Etsy purchase receipt confirms your rights to use it.
We value the uniqueness of your works, therefore mass production and industrial manufacturing are prohibited.
The designed products may not be created by third parties (e.g. printing companies).
⏰ Duration of validity
The business license is valid indefinitely.

Please note that our commercial license is only valid for a single plotter/laser file. You need a separate license for each individual file.
💼 License Content - Important ❗️
With our license you only acquire the right to use our designs commercially. The plotter/laser files may not be modified, copied, digitized, sold, given away, offered for download or otherwise passed on.
🌈 Purpose-based creativity
Our files are always for specific purposes - namely the use by
Cutting plotters/hobby plotters and wood laser devices. They may NOT be used, passed on, converted into other formats or reproduced for other purposes such as the design of embroidery files, punches, print products, wall tattoos, stamps or similar. It is also not permitted to pass on/sell individual plotted motifs, such as iron-on transfers, stickers, etc.
The use for logos, profile pictures, websites and the design of advertising materials (digital & print) is also prohibited.
You can add your own sayings to the graphic.
Lettering, if included as part of our file, may never be processed separately/stand alone. (Use only permitted in combination with other or newly created designs).
📸 Share your works
If you share photos of your creations made with this licensed file on social media, sales platforms or elsewhere, you as a commercial user are obliged to name Emilia&Felice as the designers of the file.
🎨 The rights remain with us
The copyright of the designs remains with Emilia&Felice at all times, while with this license you acquire the right to use them and realize your creative ideas.
It is not permitted to distribute the files modified or unchanged as your own files.
The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable copyright laws. German copyright law applies.
The seller is not liable for any errors in the file or damage resulting from the use of the file by the buyer.
The licensee assumes liability and warranty for the product created with the file.
By purchasing the business license, the buyer automatically accepts the license terms and conditions.
