To ensure quick and easy personalization, just follow the easy steps below:
1. During checkout, leave a note in the “notes to seller box" with the following info:
- The exact wording needed for each page
- Include dates, times, locations, addresses, etc.
- RSVP respond by date & details (website address, etc.)
- YouTube link of background music/song (optional, but please provide timestamp of where music should start, if not at beginning)
- Your Email Address for receiving the video
2. A proof will be sent within 24-48 hours if all information is correctly provided.
3. Revise proofs if needed (up to 3 revisions, because sometimes you need to tweak a few things!)
4. Once final proof is approved by you, I will provide a 1080p HD MP4 video file to you within 48 hours.
**I am unable to keep customer files once the final product is sent. Please understand, no changes can be made after the final file is sent.
Colors may vary resulting in a slight variation between online viewing and your final product. We are unable to issue a refund based on your viewing results. Due to the nature of this design, colors cannot be customized.
