3.5 out of 5 starsI did receive the item very quickly and the item did eventually work. The instructions are accurate but not super clear especially to a non IT expert. I am reasonably proficient having built my own pc back in the 90's but it took me a good while, almost giving up at one point and considering paying the £79 quid by pressing the 'BUY NOW' button in Parallels. BUT TO BE FAIR IT IS WORKING FINE AND THE COST OF £14.19 IS TINY. I do apologies if I offend but I'm just being honest about how I found it. thanks

Do not use!! They wanted to remote into my laptop to help setup the so called program that didn’t come with an activation key, after speaking with Microsoft they said that is not a good idea!! Especially with all the hacking and security breaches going on

The problem with this buyer is not reading entire details of the item listing. Despite we have remote install several other clients who did fine with the software and offer assistance, she talks of hacking and security breaches.. every remote install has clients completely under control on their computer so its pretty impossible. Please realize the for its price, a lot are happy to save money on this software. Please don't be this kind of buyer.
