- All our parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance for transit. All deliveries require an adult signature for delivery.

- We will NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESS.

- In the event a parcel is lost, Abhika Jewels will ship a new product at applicable costs or issue a refund (as decided upon with buyer), ONLY AFTER THE PARCEL IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED LOST BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE.

- We offer layaway plans of 2-3 installments over a period of 2-3 months -as per your preference

- Shipping (if any) is added in the last installment. We prefer equal installments but we can do the first one at 20% of the value and other equal.

- If at any point during the layaway you want to cancel the transaction, we charge a cancellation fee of 10%.

- We will start production/alteration (size, etc) after we have received 60% of the payment. NO Cancellations for custom orders once production begins.

- Your item will be shipped after we have received full payment.

- Custom orders can take upto 3 weeks.

Every coupon is valid for 1 time use per customer, unless communicated otherwise by us. If abused, we will reach out to you to pay the balance OR the order will be cancelled with a 5% cancellation fees.

Our White Gold alloy CONTAINS NICKEL.
Yellow Gold and Rose Gold alloys are NICKEL FREE.

We all have unique ear anatomy, and the size will largely depend on the location of the piercing. For these reasons, we cannot suggest a size. The ideal way would be to visit any local piercing shop and have the size and gauge measured.

If you have one that fits perfectly in the piercing you are purchasing for, you can send a photo of it kept along a ruler so we can measure the inner diameter.
