Please allow about 1-2 weeks for the item to be made and shipped.
Shipping is made through our National post (Lietuvos Pastas) with a tracking number and normally takes about 7-10 days to Europe, 15-35 days everywhere else. You can choose EXPRESS SHIPPING option via courier company, it will take about 2-5 business days and costs 18 EUR.
All orders are shipped from EU member state - Lithuania.
Your order is shipped to your Etsy address, so please be sure that it is correct.

The buyer gets a reminder notice from the post office about the parcel, which says the parcel will be held until a certain date. If the buyer doesn't collect it from the post office until that date, the parcel is sent back to us.
After we get it back, we will refund the cost of the item immediately (shipping cost is not refunded). If you want to get your item anyway, you should re-order it again.

The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country and due at the time of delivery. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.

2. Measure yourself (if it is needed) and compare them with written on the size chart.
3. Contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns.
4. Make sure that your address in your information is correct.

BUST - measure around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST - measure the narrowest part of your waistline.
HIP - measure the fullest part of your hip standing with your feet together.
Stand in front of the mirror when measuring or ask you friend to do it for more accurate measurements.

If a measurement is between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the bigger size for a looser fit.
If the item does not include any elastic part and you would like to wear something underneath it or, for example, to tuck your shirt in, please pick the size accurately (add few centimeters to written in the size chart - it may be necessary to choose a larger size).

Please contact us for a reason for return before shipping the item back.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.
Please note that shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. After we get the order back, we will refund the cost of the item(s) immediately (shipping cost is not refunded).
