The shoes are of good quality and well crafted. They didn't fit at first so I was inclined to order a new batch of slighty bigger pairs. But the craftsman, Lukas, contacted me by himself, noticing the second order and the slight changes. After I stated my problems with the fit, he offered me advise and to cancel the second order, if the solutions of the advise work. They did. Therefore I can guarantee that this shop not only delivers well crafted items, but also has their customers well being in mind. The only thing left to do for me is to recommend the CzechCraftsman tenfold! If you excuse me now, me and my shoes have adventures to go on.
