Sefa was absolutely amazing and so patience with how I wanted my design and made sure I really liked my engraving and it was correct before it was created. I went through a few pictures and he had no issue with me requesting redesigns when I wasn't happy with how my dogs looked. I love my necklace so much and now can carry an image of my puppies with me at all times. Shipping was surprisingly fast which is an added bonus. I will definitely order from him again!
