For custom orders, I use fabric from a new roll/cut, and the color and texture of the fabric may slightly differ from the photos in the listing. I strive to select fabrics that closely match the photos to maintain the design concept of the product. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of providing measurements.

For the best accuracy, consider having someone help with your measurements. Also, please specify your gender preference for clothing—male or female—to ensure the right fit, especially around the shoulders.

1. Hand Wash Only: Gently wash the fabric by hand in cool water. Avoid rubbing the embroidered areas to prevent damage.
2. Use Mild Detergent: Choose a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
3. Do Not Wring: After washing, do not wring or twist the fabric. This can distort the embroidery.
4. Flat Dry: Lay the fabric flat on a clean towel away from direct sunlight. Reshape it gently while it is damp.
5. Ironing: If needed, iron on the reverse side of the embroidery using a low-heat setting. Place a protective cloth over the fabric to avoid direct contact with the iron.
7. Avoid Rough Surfaces: When wearing or storing, keep the fabric away from rough surfaces to prevent snags or tears.

We prioritize the environment and cost-effectiveness by not using extra gift packaging for shipments. Our goal is to ensure items are securely packed to withstand their hard post journey.

We cannot under-declare the value of new items or mark them as "gifts" to avoid customs charges, as this is against customs regulations.

Lower valuation is only possible for used or vintage goods. Write to me about this.

If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by us, and the tracking information is not updated - write to us and we will organize a search for your parcel.
When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, we will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.

Your order will be shipped to you from my office in Ukraine.
You may be required to pay taxes or customs duties on it. I cannot predict if this will apply to your order in advance, as I am not familiar with the customs duty rules for every country. Before placing an order, please consult with your local tax authority if this is a concern.

For items in the "ready to ship" section, please check the country from which they will be shipped in the product description. These items are located in the warehouse of that country and will be sent to your address accordingly.
