Our process:
1) Make the purchase via Etsy.
2) Select from the below three artwork options:
- Option 1: If you supplying the artwork:
Format must be either vector (ai, eps), PNG or PDF. If ordering clear acrylic, please supply a transparent PNG or Vector File. Artwork must be sized to the size required or an equivalent ratio otherwise artwork will be stretched to the correct size. The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 300dpi (see image standards below) but a lower resolution may be acceptable. If in doubt please contact us before ordering.
If your logo was made on Canva, please provide the link to your design or alternatively save your design as PDF Print and send us the pdf file.
- Option 2: If you require us to create simple artwork for you (basic text only):
Simply add your requirements (required text, font, layout, alignment, text colour, background colour etc) via PERSONALISATION BOX. We will then complete the design for you and send you a proof for approval.
-Option 3: If you require us to create artwork for you (for example pictures and images)
Please purchase one of our "DESIGN SERVICES" options from our store. We will create the design and send you a proof for approval.
3) We ship the personalised product right to your door!
Image Standards:
300 dpi high resolution with a larger pixel dimension. For example, 5000x4000 pixels or larger than 2mb.
Your monitor displays in RGB, we print in CMYK (printing industry standard). We do NOT accept returns if colour differ slightly from what you expected.
Delivery:
Free UK postage via Royal Mail or TNT and low cost international postage.
Standard delivery both domestic and international doesn't include tracking information. If you'd like tracked shipping please ensure to select it at the checkout.

We asked our customer to ensure all information left at the checkout is correct as we will not be able to fix any address issues once the order has been dispatched.
If orders are retuned to us by royal mail/UPS due to the issues regarding your address we will be in touch and ask you to purchase the link bellow to cover postage cost for resending your order again.
