Return Policy
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes that can be applied. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please check return shipping costs and if there will be import tax before returning the item. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Please note I don't accept returns or exchange for custom orders.
VAT and Customs fees
In the US and Europe Union there is no custom tax for orders. In some countries (like Switzerland, Canada and UK) VAT, import Tax, Custom fees can be applied upon received. We are not responsible for that and the customer must cover all costs. If the customer declines to receive the item that is shipped out then the customer must cover return shipping costs. If return shipping and import tax are higher than purchase value then the item is destroyed in the transport company warehouse so there is no refund made to the customer.
