It takes awhile to get your sketch completed. The owner takes a day just to send a message. I preferred a refund but it doesn’t seem like Etsy or the seller wants to give me one so I’m just stuck in this process but I wouldn’t do it again or advise anyone else to do it unless you have alota time on your hands
