Prices start at £50 for up to 3 characters, and each extra character thereafter is charged at an extra £10. Please contact me before purchasing if you require more than 6 characters.

Bought an item listed as an SVG. However, design not suitable to be separated in order to cut so not able to be used. Sent message to seller regarding above. Was sent an immediate refund (which I saw via my email). Just came on now to leave a review which I intended to be 5 star as although item couldn’t be used, service and response time was excellent. However, very shocked by the unprofessional response.

Thank you for your review. I would just like it made known that the only thing I said to you was that 'there is no need for you to be rude', as you wrote a very abrupt and curt message to me, complaining that the file wasn't fit for purpose. I would also like it made known, that I apologised that the file hadn't been right for you, and that I would be happy to refund you. Adding to that, I would like to point out that the file WAS fit for the purpose I intended it for (a one piece line drawing for vinyl or laser cutting), and that you unfortunately misunderstood the way that the image was meant to be used. I have sold many of the same image without issue.
