I placed an order and then received notification that it had been shipped. A few days later I had a message to ask me to pick an alternate. I said I’m confused because you’ve advised it has been despatched. It hadn’t! I said I don’t want an alternative can you please refund my money. I was told ‘ok’ I then asked a few days later when I’d rec my refund only to be told that the original item I’d ordered had been shipped to me the previous day!! I thought ok that’s fine it will be with me for the wedding. When it hadn’t arrived I asked for tracking information. I didn’t receive any. I was then told it wasn’t shipped on the day I’d been told and it would be with me soon. It took 10 days to get to me.It arrived a day after the wedding. I asked to return it for a refund and have been ignored now for over 3 wks. Appalling service

The hat arrived on time and was exactly as pictured. It was well constructed and I received a lot of compliments!
