- Green letter: Attention --- > WITHOUT TRACKING. I offer this delivery method to lower prices but no refund will be issued in the event of non-delivery, loss or theft of the product.
- Service Plus Letter = WITH FOLLOW-UP.
- Mondial Relay and Relais Colis = WITH TRACKING. Please send me a message to choose your relay point. If you do not respond, the relay point closest to you will be chosen by default.
In case of non-delivery, loss or theft for shipments WITH TRACKING, please contact me by private message via the Etsy help center in order to apply the procedure.
