Bonjour Je ne comprends pas votre avis. J’ai vendu de nombreux calendriers, depuis plusieurs années. vous pouvez regarder les dizaines d’avis positifs pour ce produit. Il est bien indiqué sur la fiche article que les pochettes sont en papier. Vous êtes franchement mal honnête de dire qu’il s’agit de « papier cadeaux » car ce n’est pas le cas.

I do not recommend at all. I hated the experience. Little communication, totally wrong dates, I had to follow up twice before getting an answer on the delivery time (which by the way was announced for a week before), the irony: the product will arrive later the date I needed it for. A disappointment, more than the missed deadline, the customer relationship.

Je ne recommande pas du tout. J’ai détesté l’experience. Peu de communication, des dates totalement fausses, il m’a fallu relancer deux fois avant d’obtenir une reponse sur le delai de livraison (qui soit dit en passsant était annoncé pour une semaine avant), le comble: le produit va arriver après la date pour laquelle j’en avais besoin. Une déception, plus que le délai non respecté, le customer relationship.

Personne peu honnête qui me contacte un samedi et déplore ne pas avoir de réponse avant le lundi matin lorsque effectivement j’ai pris connaissance de votre message. Ici ce n’est pas Amazon et pardon de ne pas répondre 24h/24. La commande a été expédiée dans le délai indiqué par le site (délai visible avant l’achat). La commande est malheureusement arrivée après votre événement mais elle vous a été remboursée…
