My item got lost in the post. I totally understand that things get lost but I did not feel like my lost order was a priority. Responses were pretty sparse, sometimes days at a time. When I was finally offered a refund or a replacement to be sent, I asked for a replacement. Then, several days later I was offered a different animal necklace as they did not actually have any left of the style i had ordered despite it still being available on their etsy. This is not an option for me as i had ordered this one for a reason. Etsy refunded me and I did finally receive my parcel but with two necklaces of the wrong animal! I am so disappointed 😞 The seller also tried to get me to change my review by offering to send me diamond earrings. I really hate leaving negative reviews but this whole experience left a nasty taste in my mouth.
