The artist was quick to communicate and sent the image within a few days. The image definitely resembled the person in the original photo. I'm excited to give this to my friend as a gift. I did ask for the eyebrows to be lightened a bit though and the artist promptly made the edit and sent the updated picture. I would buy again.

Eyes weren’t unique. Just repeated. Had to request for all the files I was told I would get from the beginning. The portrait was similar to the photo but the eyes messed it up badly by being too small and not individually drawn.
