What is the processing time of my order?
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation from me via my etsy shop.Your order will be sent by regular mail (Canada Post) within a maximum of 5 days.I go to the post office 2 or 3 times a week depending on the order quantity. So often your order is mailed the same day, the next day or the day after.IMPORTANT***Orders (local and international) are routed by standard mail, so WITHOUT tracking number (unless otherwise specified).Customs fees are your responsibility if applicable.

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility when the customer provides the wrong address. In this case, we will wait for the order to be returned to me and, if it is, it will be returned at the customer's expense. These delays can take several weeks. I do not send a replacement and I do not make any refund until the order comes back to me. Be sure to enter your address.
