This sterling silver Tiffany and Co pair of earrings was advertised with T& C pouch and gift box. When I opened the box the earrings were in a nondescript black gift box and tiny plastic ziplock bag. Once I took a closer look one of the earring backs was off an earring. The other one appeared fine. It was when took the earrings out that I realized the earring back was damaged to where it would not stay on the earring. The listing did not say if this was the case. I contacted the seller. They offered to send the cloth bag and Tiffany box along with new sterling earring backs. The items promised came. The new earring backs do not match in quality. They only go on the earrings with force. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Do not buy from this seller. They acted very flippant about the original transaction.

Item arrived broken. Customer service took care of the situation.
