1. Request - Pitch your idea to us! Share your designs and thoughts.
2. Digitise - Once a design has been set, it will be Digitised to be Embroidered fit. Samples of the Embroidered Apparel will be shown/sent
3. Fulfillment - We work to fulfill and ship out your Apparels within a 2-week timeframe

- We do not accept Returns or Exchanges outside of the UK.
- We accept Refunds on any lost products.

UK
- We advise double-checking size by measuring yourself and using the size chart to get the best possible fit. We don't accept returns or exchanges due to sizing problems!
- We accept Returns or Refunds on any products that arrive damaged or lost.
- Most products are made to order, which is why we minimise Returns/Exchanges as much as possible.

Cancellation requests are accepted within a 24-hour timeframe after the sale.
Return/Exchange accepted within a week.

You can access the size chart information in every listing. Our products are unisex and are sized slightly oversized. If you like Fitted, please size down, whereas if you like a better oversized fit, please size up.

For our Sweatshirts, Hoodies and T-shirts, we use Gildan as our leading supplier, then Bella Canvas and Fruit Of The Loom when there is a shortage of stock for specific colours and sizes.

The material for all our products are 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

3️⃣ 'If necessary' complete the 'add your personalisation' section (only required for some products)
4️⃣ Need more Items? Add the current item to the cart. And If you would like to add more items to your order, please press the back button and repeat steps 1-3 again.
5️⃣ Once all your desired items are in your cart you may complete your order by entering your payment method, desired shipping address and click submit.
