I ordered from 2 different stores and the other store is no longer on Etsy and I was refunded by Etsy. Susan was super helpful and super fast in all comments with regards tracking. My daughter loves her hoodie and I def recommend this store.

UPDATE: the seller reached out and fully refunded my order since I was unsatisfied. We received two of these sweatshirts, one small and one XL. The XL seems to run as a medium. It is very small. My daughter waited forever and was so excited and it barely fits. It's not full cotton, it's a strange material. Not very stretchy. The image is very plastic like, so it may crack with wear. My biggest complaint is the sizing though. It's a very pricy sweatshirt for the XL to be as small as it is.
